Super convienient location being right next to an overground and tube station and within zone 1/2 so train fares stack up as little as they possibly could alongside there being a fair few nice and reasonably priced restaurants nearby, wonderful staff, really nice and friendly, very comfortable bed, only issue was trying to regulate room temperature was a bit arkward, was usually way too hot but thay might just be me personally
Rooms are a bit dated, basic but the beds are comfortable & I found there was very little disturbance from trains (my room looked right onto the track) or other guests. Staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. Especially Lear, Fahira and Wesley who I personally dealt with. I was there for work purposes, the hotel was more than adequate for my needs. Would stay again.
This hotel is very close to the subway station, and there is also a large M&S supermarket nearby. In addition, the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, and they also offer luggage storage service. Overall, my stay here was a great experience.

The location is good, close to the tube station. The rooms are quite modern, the bed was comfortable. Some female staff were not very approachable, no smile and didn't make any efforts to make customers feel welcome. The young male reception staff appeared more friendly.
This is my go to accommodation when visiting family in london. Perfect location, as it has the tube and train station at its doorstep. Also plenty of buses. All staff were kind and helpful, we felt very welcomed. As always room was spotless and fresh.

I can't moan at all :) One night everything was extremely nice, especially the staff on arrival.The rooms are very clean,warm and basic.Location is excellent.After reading some of the reviews I imagined it being low grade so i'm very happy how lovely everything is! Thank you!
